Our voice is more than sound – it is embodied expression. It arises through the body, is carried by sensation, and shaped by inner experience. Every voice tells a personal story.
In this workshop, we explore the voice as a physical and sensory phenomenon. Using lessons from the Feldenkrais Method and Atem-Tonus-Ton, we reconnect with breath, alignment, movement, vibration, and sound. We practice embodying the voice – with presence, awareness, and in relation to space and to others.

Christoph Habegger is a Feldenkrais Trainer and senior teacher of Atem-Tonus-Ton with over 25 years of international experience in somatic education. Originally trained as an actor and singer, he now teaches in Feldenkrais trainings across Europe and Asia and is the educational director of programs in Zurich, Stockholm, and Ljubljana. His work integrates artistic and somatic disciplines and is characterized by precision, presence, and deep respect for each person’s learning process.
